What brands/ranges of computer equipment can Codeo repair?
Our Codeo technicians have acquired the necessary knowledge to repair Zebra, Honeywell, Datalogic barcode terminals and printers, as well as Ingenico, Verifone credit card readers (TPE), Toshiba, IBM, HP, Aures, Epson cash registers (POS), computers (Lenovo, HP, Apple), smartphones and tablets (Samsung, Apple)
This list is not exhaustive. We also repair brands that are no longer sold, such as Symbol, Motorola, Psion, Teklogix, Intermec, LXE, Metrologic, HHP, etc.
I would like to have my equipment repaired by Codeo, what is the procedure?
You can contact us via chat or via the contact form to explain your IT maintenance needs, and our representatives will put you in touch with a sales representative who will be dedicated to supporting you, from sending your machines to our premises to shipping the repaired units to your site.
All you need to do is complete a return form to provide your full contact details, information on the equipment to be repaired (make, model, serial number, fault noted, etc.) and return your equipment to one of our six repair centers in Europe.
Can I benefit from one-off repairs?
With Codeo, there is bound to be a maintenance contract that suits your needs:
- Total Coverage Formula: you benefit from total coverage of your IT equipment with an annual fee per unit in use
- Flexi Formula: you only pay for what you break: a fixed repair fee will be charged for the equipment to be repaired
- Coupon Plan: You can purchase a book of prepaid repair coupons. These coupons can be used for 12 or 24 months and entitle you to 10 repairs (or more) across your entire estate.
How can I maintain my business during repairs?
Codeo offers you tailor-made solutions to limit the downtime of your barcode terminals, label printers, credit card readers and cash registers.
A buffer stock can be set up to respond quickly when your equipment breaks down.
When you send us your terminals, Codeo can provide you with a functional and configured unit on D+1 while yours is being taken care of by our technicians, so as not to affect the operation of your business.
This replacement equipment can be made available to you in advance: you will receive a functional and configured replacement unit the next day. At the same time, the removal of your out-of-service unit can be arranged for return to our premises. Once repaired, this unit will be added to the buffer stock dedicated exclusively to your contract.
What happens if my device cannot be repaired?
A device is considered non-repairable from the moment it has several major breakdowns, which represent a repair cost higher than the acquisition cost of the equipment.
For example, a barcode terminal is considered non-repairable if it has both the screen, the shell and the motherboard out of service.
Damage resulting from improper use of the unit (crushing, immersion in liquid, etc.) is also considered non-repairable.
If your device is beyond repair, Codeo can return the unrepaired equipment to you. Depending on its condition, we may also keep the equipment for spare parts or ensure it is dismantled following a strict WEEE recycling process.
Spare parts that are still usable are used to repair other units, in a circular economy approach.
My company is not located in UK, what should I do?
We speak your language! No matter where your company is located, our sales representatives will respond to you in French, English, German, Spanish, Dutch, Italian, or Polish.

Can I get advice over the phone before sending my equipment in for repair?
To avoid having to send your units in for repair right away, consider our Helpdesk! By subscribing to this Service, you will have an exclusive technical contact.
Available Monday to Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., they will provide you with immediate assistance for level 1 and 2 troubleshooting (reset, debugging, initial operations, start-up, etc.) from a telephone line dedicated to your contract.
This allows you to have instant troubleshooting and avoid unnecessary hardware returns.
Can I track the progress of my repairs?
Are you in a hurry or curious to know the progress of your barcode terminal, POS, cash register, or printer repair? You can access our platform to track your past, current, and upcoming repairs in real time.
Repair reports can also be sent to you upon request.
If necessary, your Codeo contact can set up Steering Committees to discuss with you the repairs carried out on your equipment, frequently encountered breakdowns and possible recommendations to limit damage to your IT equipment.
